Application & background check

Before a breeder can list their puppies with Elite Teacup puppies, we conduct a comprehensive application and background screening. This includes verifying licenses, reviewing their home or kennel environment, confirming a veterinarian-approved care program, and assessing their breeding history, health testing, vaccination schedules, socialization practices, and living conditions. We also conduct a comprehensive background check on every breeder to verify their identity and ensure they have no history of animal-related charges or violations.

Health and facility review

The Elite Teacup Puppies team performs regular health and facility evaluations to make sure every breeder provides a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. We monitor the health outcomes of puppies to identify and address any potential issues early and we provide support and ongoing education to the breeders we work with.

Breeder training & onboarding

Every breeder goes through a structured onboarding process that provides education and resources on best breeding, care, and welfare practices. Our goal is to help every breeder succeed while maintaining the highest standards of care.

Continuous compliance monitoring

We maintain an ongoing partnership with our breeders through routine check-ins, performance tracking, and compliance reviews. If any breeder fails to meet our expectations, we work with them to resolve the issue or if necessary, suspend or end the relationship to protect the well-being of the puppies and families we serve.
